How to Cancel an Appointment that’s been already Scheduled in LinguistLink
This feature needs to be activated in LinguistLink for you to start using it!
To activate, email us at support@linguistlink.net and let us know when you’re ready for it to take effect.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
- Open the LinguistLink website.
- Enter your credentials to log in.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Appointments
- Locate the ‘Appointments’ section on your dashboard.
- Click on it to view all upcoming appointments.
Step 3: Select the Appointment to Cancel
- Find the specific appointment you wish to cancel.
- Click on the appointment details to open it.
Step 4: Initiate the Cancellation
- Look for the ‘Cancel’ or ‘Cancel Appointment’ option.
- Click on it to begin the cancellation process.
Step 5: Confirm Cancellation
- A confirmation prompt may appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel.
- Confirm your decision to proceed with the cancellation.
Step 6: Check for Confirmation Message
- After successfully canceling, look for a confirmation message or email.
- This will verify that your appointment has been canceled.
Step 7: Update Your Calendar
- If you have a personal calendar, ensure you remove the canceled appointment from it.
By following these steps, you can easily cancel your appointment in LinguistLink.
