Introducing the Office Manager Requester Type

We have more exciting features designed to streamline account management within LinguistLink. Our latest feature allows you to assign a full Requester account to user profiles, enabling them to provide enhanced support.

What You Need

Full Requester License for the Office Manager: Granting this license empowers the office manager with full requester capabilities, including basic edits of the requests.

Scheduler License: Administrator who oversees all users for the account.

How it Works

Once the full requester license is assigned to a user, they will be ready to be attached as the manager of a specific requester by either a requester or a scheduler from the user profile page. This new role ensures that the office manager will be copied on every request, enhancing communication and efficiency within your team.
